Resetting your phone. Resetting the phone erases all Internal Phone Book entries, Sprint PCS Voicemail, numeric pages, text messages, call logs, special numbers, and returns all saved options to the default settings. To reset the phone: 1. Press to display the Main Menu. 2. Press for Security and enter the Lock Code. 3. Press for Reset Phone.
