Troubleshooting(Macintosh Program) Symptom Solution If the UF-130DX/ST Viewer does not run To run the UF-130DX/ST Viewer, the digital presenter must be connected to a Macintosh. The digital presenter power must also be turned on. Check the USB connection and the digital presenter power. The device is connected to the presenter but the screen display is slow. Close any other applications that are running at the same time. The screen display may be slow for some systems with a lowspecification graphics board. If the performance of recording is very low (because of bad performance mac) Turn off the audio for high speed recoding. 16
