Troubleshooting When downloading a file in the library of WMP10, the following message appears. "Windows Media Play can't play the file" q Select [Tools] ¡ [Search for Media Files] ¡ [New files and all existing files in library] from the menu and click the [Search]button. The player keeps being turned off. q In Stop mode, the power is automatically turned off (changes depending on settings). q Check to see if there are files saved in it. Something's wrong with play time displayed during Play mode. q Check to see if a VBR file is playing.
