Remove defrosted portion. 5 -10 minutes Liver Roasts Drain Liquid. Separate pieces. Turn over. Cover ends with foil. 10-15 minutes 20-40 minutes Sirloin steak Turn over. Rib or T-bone Turn over. 5 -10 minutes 10-20 minutes Flank Steak Turn over. Stewing meat Break apart. 5 -10 minutes 5 -10 minutes Poultry Turn over. Cover ends with foil. Rinse Chicken, whole under cold water after defrosting. 15-30 minutes Pieces Separate. Turn over. 10-15 minutes Turn over. Cover ends with foil. Rinse Cornish hens under cold water after defrosting. 15-30 minutes Fish and Seafood Crabmeat, Shrimp Break apart. 5 -10 minutes Fish fillets Steaks Turn over. Rearrange. Rinse under cold water to separate after defrosting. Turn over. 5 -10 minutes 5 -10 minutes Scallops Break apart. Remove defrosted seafood. 5 -10 minutes GRILL The GRILL allows you to cook and heat foods. Use GRILL for kabobs, hot dogs, nachos, etc. You may enter a cooking time up to 60 minutes. Step Procedure Keypad/Display 1 Press GRILL. GRILL 2 Enter a cooking time in minutes and seconds by turning the Rotary Dial to the right. 3 Press START. START Note: • Do not remove turntable while using GRILL. • Food may be placed directly on Grill Rack for faster cooking. • Foods may also be cooked in heat-resistant cookware. • For better results, some foods should be turned over halfway through cooking time. Caution! The oven cavity, door, turntable, Grill Rack and cookware may become very hot. To prevent burns, use oven mitts when removing food, Grill Rack or cookware from oven. 19
