Carrying it by yourself may lead to injury. • Use a commercially available screwdriver and tighten the screws securely. • When using an electric screwdriver, set the tightening torque to 2.0 N·m (20 kgf·cm). Assembly of the Stand Unit 1 Insert the stand supports (x 2) into the positions (L/R) on the upper-side cushioning material. • Place the cushioning material as shown in the illustration and insert L and R of the stand supports correctly into L and R positions of the cushioning material. 2 Use the longer M5 screws (41/64 " length) to fix the stand and stand supports. 1 Slide and remove the covers on the bottom surface (x 2). • Do not dispose of these covers as they are to be used later. 2 Insert the stand supports into the stand body and fix them using the mounting screws for stand support (x 6). 3 Slide and attach the covers (x 2) that have been removed in step 1. • The assembly of the stand unit is complete. Soft cushion Screws Attaching Procedure of the Stand 1 1 Insert the stand into the openings on the bottom of the Monitor. • Make sure that the stand is firmly inserted into the Monitor. Improper installation may result in tilting of the Monitor set. 2 Insert and tighten the 4 screws into the 4 holes on the rear of the Monitor. • In the installation procedure, be careful not to catch your fingers between the Monitor set and the floor. • Do not remove the stand from the Monitor unless using an optional wall mount bracket to mount it. • After attaching the stand to the Monitor, do not hold the stand when you put up, set up, move or lay down the Monitor. Positions when holding the product • When lifting or carrying, hold the product by the positions in the illustration, not by the stand or panel surface. EN 2
