Select a pattern sample for "Pattern B".
Look at the chart B on your test chart. Select the number
under the pattern sample, in which
is located the closest
to the center of the two horizontally parallel lines.

Select pattern samples for "Pattern C" and
"Pattern D" respectively.
Look at the chart C and D on your test chart. Select the
numbers under the pattern samples, which have the
straightest lines.

Click the "OK" button in the "Align print head"
dialog box.
The print head will align itself.
