What connection should I use? Your TV has several connection types for connecting devices to your TV. For the best video quality, you should connect a device to the best available connection. Use the following tables to identify cables: Video quality Connection type and Cable connector jack Best (use this if your devices HDMI video/audio have HDMI) LC-32LB370U/LC-50LB370U Sharp 32"/50" LED TV Connection type and Cable connectors jack Optical digital audio Analog audio input Better than composite or coaxial Component video (requires an audio connection) Better than coaxial AV (requires an audio connection) Coaxial video/audio Good Analog audio output Cautions • Check the jacks for position and type before making any connections. • Loose connections can cause poor audio or video quality.
