PC Card The computer is equipped with a PC card (supporting PC Card Standard, CardBus compliant) slot, which can accommodate a Type II card. You can insert/eject the card without turning off the computer. Before inserting a PC card into the slot, refer to its manual. Inserting PC Card • When a new card is correctly inserted, the appropriate driver is automatically installed. If the driver is not installed correctly, you will see the message on the screen. In this case, install the PC card driver 3 by following the instructions on the screen. • When you insert a protruding card such as wireless networking card: • Do not give force to the card; otherwise the computer may be damaged. • Do not carry the computer with the card inserted. 1. PC Card
The computer is equipped with a PC card (supporting PC Card Standard, CardBus
compliant) slot, which can accommodate a Type II card. You can insert/eject the card
without turning off the computer. Before inserting a PC card into the slot, refer to its
manual.
Inserting PC Card
When a new card is correctly inserted, the appropriate driver is
automatically installed. If the driver is not installed correctly, you will
see the message on the screen. In this case, install the PC card driver
by following the instructions on the screen.
When you insert a protruding card such as wireless networking card:
Do not give force to the card; otherwise the computer may be
damaged.
Do not carry the computer with the card inserted.

Confirm the PC card eject button is inside the computer cabinet. If the button is
not inside the computer cabinet, push it back into the cabinet.
