the

of
the
fabric
to

(1)
Place
the
folded
edge
under
the
presser
foot.
(2)
Put
the
needle
in
the
center
of
the
hem
and
lower
the
presser
foot.
(3)
Sew
a
few
stitches
pulling
both
thread
ends
away
from
you
by
hand.
(1)
Raise
the
foot
with
the
needle
down
in
the
fabric.
(2)
Insert
the
folded
edge
into
the
mouth
of
the
foot.
