Receiving voice messages When you receive an automatically downloaded voice message, it appears in the activity menu. If New events is set to Pop-up, you are asked if you want to listen to the voice message. } Yes to play the message now or } No to play it later. Press to close the message. Email Connect to a POP3 or IMAP4 mail server to send and receive email messages with your phone. You can use the same email settings in your phone as in your computer email program. With a POP3 email account, messages are downloaded to each computer or device used for access. With an IMAP4 email account, messages can be kept on the server.
