Energy Savings Standard (normal brightness) Reduced (approx. 30% less bright) Picture Inversion This feature reverses the blacks and whites to counter-act the affects of image retention on Plasmas. Using a static image of text or logos can cause image retention. By using inversion, the effects are minimized by reversing the image. This function can be scheduled to be performed at night or after hours when the display is not viewed. Orbit Another method of reducing image retention is to use Orbit, which will move the image in a slight shifted pattern and therefore minimize the static placement of images.
