Living with the AIBO® Entertainment Robot Space requirements For the self-charging function of the AIBO® Entertainment Robot to work, an open space with a radius of at least 4 ft. (1.2 m) around the station pole is required. The AIBO robot will turn around on the station marker and move backwards onto the Energy Station facing away from the station pole.
