Using the unit with the AC power adapter You can use the unit without worrying about the remaining charge of the internal battery simply by connecting the AC power adapter. Connect the AC power adapter to the unit as outlined in "Charging the battery"(page 14). Power save function When the unit is used stand-alone, it turns off automatically after remaining idle for 5 minutes, whether operating on internal power or through the AC power adapter. Simply restart the unit to resume operation. Using the unit abroad Power sources You can use the unit in any country or area with the supplied AC adapter within 100 V to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
