Error Messages Follow the instructions below if an error message appears on the display. Battery error Error code Message - Meaning Corrective action The battery level is almost completely depleted. Connect the AC power adapter and fully charge. For details, see "Charging the battery"(page 14). Media error Error code Message M11 Meaning Corrective action The "Memory Stick" Press the COPY cannot be accessed button again to during copying. restart copying. M21 "Memory Stick" format error Format the "Memory Stick". M31 M12 M22 "Memory Stick" error The "Memory Stick" may be damaged. Use a different "Memory Stick". The CompactFlash card cannot be accessed during copying. Press the COPY button again to restart copying. CompactFlash card Format the format error CompactFlash card. 48
