The NFC connection does not work. (models with the Wi-Fi/NFC functions) Change the position of the compatible device to reduce the distance between (N mark) on the smartphone and (N mark) on this product. If this still does not solve the problem, move the smartphone a few millimeters, or move the smartphone away from this product and wait for 10 seconds or more before touching again.
