Advanced Settings Note • When the receiver is turned off via the AUTO STBY function, the receiver may not be turned on automatically when you turn on the TV next time. Checking the version of the receiver (VERSION) The current firmware version information appears on the front panel display. Activating wireless transmission between specific units (SECURE ON) You can specify the wireless connection to be used to link the receiver to the subwoofer using the Secure Link function. This function is useful when you use multiple wireless products. 1 Select "WIRELESS" in the AMP menu, then press or c. 2 Select "SECURE ON," then press or c. 3 "START" appears, then press . "SEARCH" appears, and the receiver searches for equipment that can be used with Secure Link. Proceed to the next step within 2 minutes. The system automatically selects the best channel for transmission. • 1: Set the frequency to CH1 (LOW 5.736 GHz). • 2: Set the frequency to CH2 (MID 5.762 GHz). • 3: Set the frequency to CH3 (HIGH 5.814 GHz). Note • The transmission may be improved by changing the transmission channel (frequency) of the other wireless system(s).
