The 2nd file has been erased and the following files have had their numbers reduced by 1. The total number of files in the recorded date box is reduced from 5 to 4. To cancel erasing Select "NO" in step 6 of "Erasing the File," and then press N PLAY/ENTER. To erase another file Proceed with steps 2 through 7 in "Erasing the File."
