Help Guide IC Recorder ICD-PX470 The battery life is short. The battery life listed in this Help Guide is based on playback with the volume level set to 27. The battery life may shorten depending on the usage of your IC recorder. Your IC recorder still consumes slight battery power while no operations are in progress. If you do not intend to use the IC recorder for an extended period of time, it is recommended that you turn the power off. It is also recommended that you set "Auto Power Off" to a shorter period of time. This will help you save battery power in case you forget to turn off the power of the IC recorder. You are using your IC recorder under the temperature of 5 °C (41 ºF) or below where the battery wears quickly. This is due to the characteristics of the battery and does not indicate a malfunction. Manganese batteries are inserted in the compartment. Your IC recorder does not support manganese batteries.
