Error/Warning Messages If trouble occurs on the unit, the status lamp lights up red and an error/warning message is displayed in the preset display window (MKS-R3210/R1620) or in the mode information area of the status display window (MKS-R1630). Warning messages disappear after being displayed for about 2 seconds. Error messages Message (MKS-R3210/R1620) PfHw DdrHw KyHw PfRcv HTemp KyRcv KyEr SwRcv LinkEr DhcpEr ComEr ConfEr DhcpCf Message (MKS-R1630) Description Solution PF FPGA Err The PIF FPGA is not operating. Check the hardware. PF DDR Err The PIF DDR SDRAM is not operating. Check the hardware. KY FPGA Err The KY FPGA is not operating. Check the hardware. Started PF Recovery The PIF FPGA started in recovery mode. Check the hardware. High Temperature The temperature exceeds the rated range. Check the installation environment. Started KY Recovery The KY FPGA started in recovery mode. Check the hardware. Unknown KY Board The KY board model name is unknown. Check the hardware. Started SW Recovery The software started in recovery mode. Check the hardware. Network Linkdown Non-redundancy mode: The LAN1 link is down. Redundancy mode: The LAN1/LAN2 links are down. Check the network settings and connections. DHCP Server Lost Non-redundancy mode: The lease file of LAN1 does not exist. Redundancy mode: The lease files of both LAN1/LAN2 do not exist. Check the network settings and connections. Communication Err Non-redundancy mode: Connection with the LAN1 system controller was lost. Redundancy mode: Connection with both the LAN1/LAN2 system controllers was lost. Check the network settings and connections. Also, check that the date and time are set correctly. Panel Config Err A configuration error occurred. Reset the settings or load a user settings status file. DHCP Conf Err Non-redundancy mode: The required information from the lease file of LAN1 could not be loaded. Redundancy mode: The required information from the lease files of both LAN1/LAN2 could not be loaded. Check the network settings and connections. 33
