Symptom Cause/Solution The recorder does not work or works poorly. • The recorder is operated when it is on a battery charging stand. , Remove the recorder from the battery charging stand. • You tried to turn group mode on while setting the program. , Turn group mode on before setting the program. • There is an internal malfunction in the system. , Remove the recorder from the USB cradle, restart your computer, and then place the recorder on the USB cradle again.
