Long-time recording (MDLP) Select each recording mode according to the recording time that you want. Stereo recording is possible at 2 times (LP2) or 4 times (LP4) the normal (stereo) recording time. Monaural recording at 2 times normal recording time is also possible. MDs recorded in monaural, LP2, or LP4 mode can be played back only on MD players or recorders with monaural, LP2, or LP4 playback mode.
