There is no sound or noise is heard, or sound skips. • If you use another S-AIR main unit, place it more than 8 m (about 25 feet) away from the other S-AIR main unit you are using. • Place the S-AIR main unit and surround amplifier closer together. • Avoid use of equipment that generates electromagnetic energy, such as a microwave oven. • Place the S-AIR main unit and surround amplifier away from other wireless devices. • Change the S-AIR ID settings of the S-AIR main unit and surround amplifier. • Turn off the S-AIR main unit and surround amplifier, then turn them on. Wireless transmission is not activated. (The S-AIR/STANDBY indicator flashes green slowly or turns red.) • Confirm the S-AIR IDs of the S-AIR main unit and surround amplifier. • Confirm the pairing setting. • Sound transmission is poor. Operation The system does not work normally. • Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead) from the wall outlet (mains), then reconnect after several minutes.
