Formatting (initializing) microSD cards The following message will appear if an unformatted card is loaded. Tap OK to start formatting. Launching recording apps 1. As shown in the illustration below, swipe the middle of the screen to select the app to launch. App name Icon Switching screens Tap the name of a screen at the right of the display to switch to it. o After formatting completes successfully, the LAUNCHER (app selection) screen will open. CAUTION Formatting will erase all data on a microSD card. Back up to a computer, for example before formatting a card.
