ENGLISH With S1 open (jumper not set) the TEAC CD-W54E ist set to single or slave mode by setting the jumpers S2 and S3. The set mode is irrespective of the CSEL signal. Master/slave mode is determined by CSEL if S1 is shorted (jumper set). In this case S2 and S3 are irrespective for setting the mode. Note: When setting modes using these straps, be sure to switch off the CD-RW drive before doing so. S1 S2 S3 Remarks CSEL. Master or Slave drive is set by using X - - CSEL terminal. 4. Controls and Functions
With S1 open (jumper not set) the TEAC CD-W54E ist set to sin-
gle or slave mode by setting the jumpers S2 and S3. The set mode
is irrespective of the CSEL signal. Master/slave mode is determined
by CSEL if S1 is shorted (jumper set). In this case S2 and S3 are
irrespective for setting the mode.
Note:
When setting modes using these straps, be sure to switch off the
CD-RW drive before doing so.
