Open the oven door or press COOK TIME to turn off the beep sound. Note: • When using an automatic program, it is not necessary to preheat the oven when roasting meat or poultry. • It is possible to change the oven temperature and time for some programs. • Wrap spiral ham with aluminum foil prior to roasting. • Turkey may need to be covered after approximately 2 hours of roasting to prevent over browning. • After roasting beef and pork, let the meat stand covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes in order to reach the final internal temperature. • The height of the rib eye roast should be 2 ½" to 3". • At the end of the automatic program check the internal temperature of the meat with a meat thermometer in order to ensure food safety. 23

Note:
