Connecting the water to the appliance Note: When bending the water line, do not kink it, otherwise there is a risk of leaks and water damage. 1. Remove the cap from the appliance connection (1.). 2. Bend the water line according to the location of the connection on the appliance (2.). 3. Push the union nut and seal onto the water line. 4. Push the end of the water line into the appliance connection and screw on the union nut (3.). Tighten hand-tight. 5. Using the open-ended wrench, tighten the union nut. Do not overturn! 6. Push back the water line into the guard tube as far as possible (4.). Aligning the ice-water dispenser (for freezer unit with ice-water dispenser only) Note: In the case of appliances with a high-grade steel door, there is a special covering frame. The ice-water dispenser can be aligned inside the cutout of the door panel. This allows the dispenser to be aligned parallel to the door panel in order to obtain an optimum overall appearance. Note: We suggest to attach the frame before adjusting the dispenser unit! 1. Slide cover frame onto the ice-water dispenser and press in until the frame is flush with the door surface. 7. Open the shut-off valve and main water tap. 8. Check the connection on the shut-off valve and on the appliance for leaks. 9. Close the shut-off valve. 2. Loosen screws on the 4 clamps (1.). 3. Insert flat screwdriver into one of the 4 slots and push the blocks sideways until the ice-water dispenser has the same distance from the door panel (2.). 4. Retighten the screws on the clamps (3.). 31

Note:

5.
Using the open-ended wrench, tighten the union nut.
Do not overturn!

Push back the water line into the guard tube as far
as possible

Open the shut-off valve and main water tap.
8.
Check the connection on the shut-off valve and on
the appliance for leaks.
9.
Close the shut-off valve.
Aligning the ice-water dispenser
(for freezer unit with ice-water dispenser only)
Note:
In the case of appliances with a high-grade steel door,
there is a special covering frame.
The ice-water dispenser can be aligned inside the cutout
of the door panel. This allows the dispenser to be aligned
parallel to the door panel in order to obtain an optimum
overall appearance.
Note:
We suggest to attach the frame before adjusting the
dispenser unit!

press in until the frame is flush with the door surface.

Loosen screws on the 4 clamps (

Insert flat screwdriver into one of the 4 slots and
push the blocks sideways until the ice-water
dispenser has the same distance from the door

Retighten the screws on the clamps (
