Introduction Connecting your TV Using the Remote Control Connecting a DVD with ColorStream™ and a VCR This connection allows you to watch DVD, video, and TV programs, and record DVD and TV programs. You can record from one source and watch a program from another source. Your TV is capable of using ColorStream (component video). Connecting your TV to a ColorStream compatible DVD, such as a Toshiba DVD, can greatly enhance picture quality and performance. You can use either the ColorStream HD1 or ColorStream HD2 inputs for connecting the DVD. To record from the DVD, set the VCR to LINE IN. To monitor recording from the DVD, set the the VCR to Line IN, and set the TV to Video-1.
