Welcome Getting Ready Error Message List The following are error messages that may appear, their meaning, and the suggested corrective actions. Message UNSUPPORTED DATA FORMAT UNSUPPORTED DISK FORMAT UNSUPPORTED MEDIA NO FILE FOUND DATA ERROR FAILED TO OPEN FILE CLOSE SLOT COVER INSERT HDD CARD RECHARGE BATTERY NUMBER OF FILES EXCEEDS LIMIT CONNECT AC ADAPTER Description & Corrective Actions The format of the audio data that you made an attempt to play back is not supported by this player. Transfer the audio data to the HDD Card using the TOSHIBA Audio Application. See "Transferring Audio Data to the HDD Card" in the owner's manual for MOBILPHILE Application Software. Format the inserted HDD Card. See "Formatting the HDD Card" in the owner's manual for MOBILPHILE Application Software. A disk or card other than the HDD Card has been inserted. Make sure to insert the specified HDD Card. Transfer audio data to the HDD Card. See "Transferring Audio Data to the HDD Card" in the owner's manual for MOBILPHILE Application Software. The Playlist or audio data to be played back has been damaged. Retransfer it to the HDD Card using the TOSHIBA Audio Application. See "Transferring Audio Data to the HDD Card" in the owner's manual for MOBILPHILE Application Software. The audio data could not be opened and played back. Retransfer it to the HDD Card using the TOSHIBA Audio Application. See "Transferring Audio Data to the HDD Card" in the owner's manual for MOBILPHILE Application Software. The slot cover has been opened. Make sure to close the slot cover before turning on the player. The HDD Card has not been inserted. Open the slot cover and insert the HDD Card. ( page 21) The remaining power of the built-in battery is insufficient. Connect the AC adapter and perform charging. ( page 20) The number of audio data items exceeds the limit. Up to 999 audio data items inside a folder can be played back. ( page 30) The AC adapter has not been connected. Connect the AC adapter to the AC adapter jack.
