51 The battery release latch secures the battery cover to the computer, preventing the battery from dislodging from the computer case. The hard disk drive cover protects the computer's hard disk drive. The expansion memory slot cover protects the slots where you insert additional memory. See "Installing additional memory (optional)" on page 60 for detailed information. The Toshiba Style bay release latch secures the optional drive or device that is installed in the Toshiba Style bay.
