Avoiding Image Retention Do not display static (non-moving) content on the display for long periods of time. This may cause image “burn-in” or image retention, which is not covered under warranty. Avoid Static Content • Display dynamic (moving) images whenever possible. • Turn off the display when not in use, or use the scheduling feature to turn the display off automatically at pre-set times of the day. • To help prevent image retention, set Pixel Shift to ON. To reduce image retention, either the White Pixel or Pixel Shift function can be used. See "Anti-Image Retention" in the table on page 66.
