Key name (and icon) What it does left ( ) - While playing messages: for the first 2 seconds, go to the previous message; after that: go to the start of this message. Play/stop () - In standby: start playing messages. - While a message is playing: stop playing messages. - While the phone is ringing: mute the ringer for this call only. Do not - In standby: turn the Do Not Disturb feature on or off (see disturb ( ) page 14). right ( ) - While a message is playing: skip to the next message. On - In standby: turn the answering system on or off. Flash - During a call: switch to a waiting call. FinD handset/ - In standby: page all handsets using the intercom.
