Be sure to read this manual before connect the projector. • Be sure to turn off all devices to be connected before you connect the projector. • The cables may have to be connected with their core set to the projector's side. Only connect the cable supplied with the projector or those specified. NOTE: • Before you connect the projector, be sure to read the manual of the respective device to be connected. Make sure the projector is compatible with the devices. • Secure the screws of the connectors and tighten them. • The optional Mac adapter may be necessary for certain RGB input modes. • To select the DVI input, the computer may need to be set. For details on how to set the computer accordingly, refer to the manual of the computer. • Certain computers may be provided with multiple display modes. The use of such modes may not be possible with this projector. • For the pin assignment of the connectors and the RS-232C communication data, refer to the service manual of PJ1065-2. • If you use the DVI terminal, the RGB OUT terminal may not work. Cabling
Refer to the table below for connecting each terminal of the projector to each device.

CAUTION
An incorrect connection may result in fire or electric shock. Be sure to read this manual before
connect the projector.
Be sure to turn off all devices to be connected before you connect the projector.
The cables may have to be connected with their core set to the projector’s side. Only connect the
cable supplied with the projector or those specified.
NOTE:
• Before you connect the projector, be sure to read the manual of the respective device to be
connected. Make sure the projector is compatible with the devices.
Secure the screws of the connectors and tighten them.
The optional Mac adapter may be necessary for certain RGB input modes.
To select the DVI input, the computer may need to be set. For details on how to set the computer
accordingly, refer to the manual of the computer.
Certain computers may be provided with multiple display modes. The use of such modes may not
be possible with this projector.
For the pin assignment of the connectors and the RS-232C communication data, refer to the
service manual of PJ1065-2.
If you use the DVI terminal, the RGB OUT terminal may not work.
