Tip: Before uploading your SSL Certificate you must convert the Root Certificate from a .cer file to a .pem file then rename it to remove the spaces in the certificate. Tip: In HDX mode you must enter your Storefront name NOT your email address. 6. Audio tips for the SC-T25 and Citrix HDX Please ensure that you plug in your USB audio Devices before starting the SC-T25 (or reboot after plugging in Devices). The SC-T25 will redirect audio in this order: USB, HDMI, analogue. If you encounter problems, try this: a. while not logged into your virtual desktop, type ctrl+alt+t on the SC-T25 to open xterm b. type "amixer cset numid=3 2" in the xterm window. This sets the audio Device by the last number in your config line. Using 2 forces audio to HDMI. 1 forces analogue audio, and while 0 is automatic. 3
