SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS - SINGLE ZONE TruProtect™ "Advanced" Function "Quick" Reference Solid Door Single Zone Models: 55 ON OFF ˚F PRESS AND HOLD WARMER SET COLDER F/C TruProtect System POWER FAILURE - Flashing Amber HIGH/LOW TEMP - Red ALARMS OFF - Steady Amber PRESS ON/OFF - Reset 55˚ Glass Door Single Zone Models: 55 ON ˚F OFF PRESS AND HOLD WARMER SET COLDER ˚̊F/C LIGHT TruProtect System POWER FAILURE - Flashing Amber HIGH/LOW TEMP - Red ALARMS OFF - Steady Amber PRESS ON/OFF - Reset Function Show Room Mode Service Diagnostics Function Access WARMER Enable the Show Room Mode by pressing and holding the ON OFF keySEpT ad while COLDER ˚F̊ /C LIGHT performing a "Power On Reset", (POR), i.e. - disconnect and reconnect the power supply to unit. Exit Show Room Mode by initiating a POR only. Control Confirmation/Comment Show Room Mode will disable the refrigerator system and fans while allowing the internal lights, display and user interface panel to function. Lights will time out after 15-minutes of continuous on-time while in Show Room Mode as a safety WARMER feature. The 15-minute light-on time can be reactivated by closing and opening the door orON OFF by pSrEeT ssing the keyp˚F̊ /Cad. LIGHT COLDER "Enter" and "Exit" SWAeRMrEvR ice Diagnostics mode by pressing and holding the WARMER keypad ON OFF SET ˚F̊ /C LIGHT ON OFF SET ˚F̊ /C LIGHT while pressing the COLDER keypad 4-times within 5-seconds. Service DiagnostiCcOLsDERmode 55 also will automatically exit after 5-minutes of no keypad entry. ˚F 13 ˚C 38 ˚F Display Error Code Reference: SA 4 ˚C 55 13 38 55 13 38 The micropr˚oFcessor in th˚Ce control co˚nFtinually monitors critical refrige˚Fration syste˚mC ˚F components for proper operation. If component parameters exceed normal operating SA 4 SA 4 specifications, the display will automa˚Ctically flash the respective error code as follows: ˚C E1 Compressor fault, (high/low amps). E2 Condenser fan motor fault, (high/low amps). E3 Evaporator thermistor "sensor B" fault, (out-of-range). E1 Display thermistor "sensor A" fault, (out-of-range). Power line fluctuations may cause an error code to be displayed with no product fault. WARMER Therefore, the first time an error code appears, please clear the code by holOOdFNFing SET and ˚F̊ /C WARMER COLDER pressing ON OFF 4 timSETes. If the prod˚F̊u/Cct isLIGaHtT fault, the error code will appear again, and you COLDER should contact your Dealer or Viking Customer Service to schedule service by a qualified technician. Service Diagnostics Mode enables service technicians to identify the firmware and software versions, test status of "model specific" system components and sensors and change state of components where applicable, (i.e. - compressor WARMER on/off, etc...). While in Service Diagnostics Mode, tests are incremented by pressWiAnRMgEOORFNFthe SET keypad and ˚F̊s/CpecifLiIGcHT 55 13 component state can be changed to "on" and "off" by ON pressing theOFF ON OFF SET SET and WARMER ˚F̊ /C ˚F̊ /C LIGHCTOLDER COLDERLIGHkT eypads˚Frespectivel˚yC.
