Yes, Vonage V-Phone will work with any standard 2.5 mm headset jack. How can I try to adjust sound quality? • First make sure that the headset is completely plugged into the Vonage V-Phone. • You can also try to adjust the earphone and microphone levels by running the Audio Wizard (right-click on the Vonage icon in the system tray and select Audio Wizard). • Poor or choppy sound can also be due to a weak Internet connection. Try using the Bandwidth Saver feature available online in the Vonage Dashboard controls. Does the Vonage V-Phone require batteries? No. The Vonage V-Phone is powered through your PC so there are no batteries to replace. Does the Vonage V-Phone work with Macintosh computers? Unfortunately the Vonage V-Phone only works with PCs at this time. Please Note: Automatic Updates Please be aware there may be some automatic software upgrades to your Vonage Talk software from time to time. These updates may occur when launching the Vonage Talk software and may take several minutes. This is normal, nothing needs to be done. 12
