Unlock the packaging locks: Rotate the packaging lock 90 degrees counterclockwise. Pull out the packaging locks. There are packaging locks located on the vehicles: 1 Use a coin or a screwdriver to loosen the screws. 2 Pull out the screws from the unit and discard them. GETTING STARTED BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF. 2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the unit. 3. Open the battery cover with a screwdriver. 4. Install 2 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries into the compartment as illustrated. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.) 5. Replace the battery cover. 444

Make sure the unit is turned

Locate the battery cover on the bottom of
the unit.
3.
Open the battery cover with a screwdriver.

Install 2 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries into
the compartment as illustrated. (The use of
new alkaline batteries is recommended for
maximum performance.)
5. Replace the battery cover.
