Driver Features If you select First Page Only or First and Last and you select 2-sided printing, the first two pages of the job prints on the front cover. If you select First and Last Pages and you select 2-sided printing, both the first and last two pages (for a document with an even number of pages) of the job print on the front and back cover pages. Note For a blank back cover, you must include a blank last page in your document. Selecting cover pages To turn this feature on in the driver: I Windows 95 / Windows 98 / Windows Me PostScript driver: On the Output Options tab, select First Page Only or First and Last Pages, then select the tray to use for the covers from the Source drop-down list. I Windows NT / Windows 2000 / Windows XP PostScript driver: On the Paper/Quality tab under Cover Pages , select First Page Only or First & Last Page, then select the tray to use for the covers from the Source drop-down list. I MacOS 8 / MacOS 9 driver: Select the General pane in the Print dialog box, then select either All pages From or both First Page From and Remaining From. These choices display a list of paper trays in the printer. Additionally, in the Advanced Options pane, select Last Page Paper Source to see a list of trays.
