31 Installing Windows utilities To set up printing to a second queue, you must install a new printer for each queue and repeat the following procedures. Give each printer a descriptive name during printer driver installation, such as Astro-Print or Astro-Direct, so you can easily identify printers. BEFORE YOU BEGIN: 1. Verify the DocuColor has been configured for Windows printing in Network Setup > Service Setup > Windows Setup. For more information, see the Administrator Guide. 2. Print a DocuColor Configuration page. You need information from the Configuration page to specify settings on your computer, such as the Server Name and IP address of the WINS Name Server (if applicable). TO SET UP WINDOWS PRINTING: 1. From the Windows 95 Start menu, choose Settings, and click Printers. 2. Click the icon for the printer and choose Properties from the File menu. 3. Click the Details tab in the Properties window and click Add Port. 4. In the Add Port dialog box, click Network, and click Browse to display your network environment.
