The DocuColor polls the NetWare server for print jobs in the print connection defined for the DocuColor. When you print, your PostScript files are spooled to that connection and transmitted over the queue "port" to the DocuColor. The test page job is listed in the queue window until it is printed. Copying the PPD for Adobe PageMaker If you use Adobe PageMaker, you should copy the PostScript Printer Description file (PPD) to a specific location in your PageMaker directory. TO COPY THE PRINTER DESCRIPTION FILES FROM THE CD: 1. Insert the User Software CD in your computer. 2. Open the ENGLISH\PRNTDRV directory. 3. Open the directory for your Windows system. 4. Copy the printer description file for your DocuColor to the appropriate location.
