English RANDOM-SEQUENCE PLAY You can play the tracks in a random sequence (up to 99 tracks). The unit will automatically mix up tracks from all discs or a designated disc on the disc tray. MODE 2 Close the disc tray. OPEN/ CLOSE To cancel random-sequence play Press the STOP button or RANDOM button once again, or open the disc tray by pressing the OPEN/CLOSE button. "RNDM" disappears from the display. * If you select "1DISC" mode, next select a desired disc by using the DISC SKIP button on the remote control transmitter or a DISC-select button on the front panel. 4 RANDOM "RNDM" lights up on the display. Notes q This feature will not function during programming, or during program play. q If the SKIP button is pressed during random-sequence play, the next randomly programmed track will be played. If the SKIP button is pressed, play will return to the beginning of the track now being played. q This indication appears while the unit is mixing up tracks. q Total remaining time on the disc will not be displayed during random-sequence play. 13

Load one or more discs.

Close the disc tray.

Select a desired disc play mode (1DISC or 5DISC).

If you select “1DISC” mode, next select a desired disc by
using the
DISC SKIP
button on the remote control
transmitter or a
DISC
-select button on the front panel.

“RNDM” lights up on the display.
To cancel random-sequence play
Press the
STOP
button or
RANDOM
button once again, or
open the disc tray by pressing the
OPEN/CLOSE
button.
“RNDM” disappears from the display.
Notes
This feature will not function during programming, or during
program play.
If the
SKIP
button is pressed during random-sequence
play, the next randomly programmed track will be played.
If
the
SKIP
button is pressed, play will return to the
beginning of the track now being played.
This indication appears while the unit is
mixing up tracks.
Total remaining time on the disc will not be displayed during
random-sequence play.
