Maintenance ● Rotor maintenance (Rotary trumpets only) 1. Remove the rotary valve cap and apply some rotor spindle oil to the place to the spindle in the center of the rotor. Rotor maintenance
(Rotary trumpets only)
1.
Remove the rotary valve cap and apply some
rotor spindle oil to the place to the spindle
in the center of the rotor.

Apply some rotor spindle oil to point where
the rotor rotates. Replace the rotary valve
cap and move the lever a few times to dis-
tribute the oil evenly.
3.
Apply some lever oil to the lever shaft.

1.
Apply a thin coating of slide grease to the
main tuning slide, 2nd valve slide, and valve
slides that are not equipped with a slide trig-
ger.
