Handling • Do not insert foreign materials such as metal or paper into any openings or gaps of the product. Failure to observe this may cause a fire, electric shocks, or malfunctions. • Do not rest your weight on, or place heavy objects on the product, and do not use excessive force on the buttons, switches or connectors. • Do not use the product or headphones for a long period of time at a high or uncomfortable volume level, since this can cause permanent hearing loss. If you experience any hearing loss or ringing in the ears, consult a physician. • Remove the USB cable from the AC outlet before cleaning the unit. Failure to observe this may cause electric shocks. Yamaha cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use or modifications to the product, or data that is lost or destroyed. Always turn off the power when the product is not in use. Even when the product power is turned off (lamps are off or LCD screen is off), electricity is still flowing to the product at the minimum level. When you are not using the product for a long time, make sure you unplug the USB cable from the power source. Rechargeable battery • This product contains a lithium-ion battery. • Charge the battery every six months to maintain its power. If you don't use the battery for a long time, you may not be able to charge it. • Rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan. The capacity will gradually decrease depending on how it is stored, the environment in which it is used, how often it is used, and how much time passes. • The battery is not removable by the user. Recycle • Lithium-ion batteries can be recycled. After usage, you may recycle the battery, but never attempt to remove it by yourself. Have the device inspected by qualified Yamaha service personnel.
