AE00949 CONNECTION Alternating Current (AC) cC 9 Be sure all electric devices including the lines 761-006 and plug connections are in good condition before connection to the generator. 9 Be sure any electric devices are turned off before plugging it in. 9 Be sure the total load is within generator rated output. 9 Be sure the receptacle load current is within receptacle rated current. 761-046 A B 1. Wind the power lead 2 or 3 turns around frame. 2. Start the engine. 3. Plug into AC receptacle. 4. Make sure the voltage meter indicates the rated voltage (except for YG4000D) or the pilot light is on (for YG4000D). 779-032a å Voltage meter ∫ Pilot light q A-1 q A-2 q 779-039a B-1 q B-2 qq 763-194e q 763-195a If the voltage meter does not indicate the rated voltage, adjust output voltage to rated voltage (for EF5200DE/EF6600DE). 1 Voltage adjuster NOTE: Turn the adjuster clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease output voltage. 5. Turn the AC switch (N.F.B.) and economy idle switch to the "ON" and turn on any electric devices. 1 I "ON" A-1 AC120V can be used. (EF4000DE/YG4000D) A-2 AC120V can be used. (EF5200DE/EF6600DE/ YG5200D/YG6600D/YG6600DE) B-1 AC120V and 240V can be used. (EF4000DE/YG4000D) B-1 AC120V and 240V can be used. (EF5200DE/ EF6600DE/YG5200D/YG6600D/YG6600DE) - 22 -
