( Phantom power is not turned on. When connecting a condenser mic (with XLR plug) to the rear panel [MIC IN] jack, hold down the phantom [48V] button to turn the phantom power on. The audio from the gaming device or computer connected to the USB jack cannot be heard ( The output destination for the audio from the gaming device is not set to USB. Check the settings on the gaming device, and set the output to USB. Cannot hear the voice chat audio ( The audio output destination for the voice chat app is not set properly. In the voice chat app settings, select the "Voice (Yamaha ZG02)" audio output destination. The other party in the voice chat can't hear the audio from the mic.
