Chapter 27 Troubleshooting • If you've forgotten the VPN2S's IP address, use the RESET button. Press the button in for about 5 seconds (or until the POWER LED starts to blink), then release it. It returns the VPN2S to the factory defaults (password is 1234, and LAN IP address 192.168.1.1). 27.3 Internet Access I cannot access the Internet. 1 Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See the Quick Start Guide and Section 1.6 on page 19. 2 Check the WAN interface's status in the Dashboard. 3 Use the Wizard again and make sure that you enter the correct settings. Make sure you entered your ISP account information correctly in the Configuration > WAN / Internet > WAN Setup or Mobile screen. These fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on. 4 Disconnect all the cables from your device and reconnect them. 5 If the problem continues, contact your ISP. I cannot access the Internet anymore. I had access to the Internet (with the VPN2S), but my Internet connection is not available anymore. 1 Your session with the VPN2S may have expired. Try logging into the VPN2S again. 2 Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See the Quick Start Guide and Section 1.6 on page 19. 3 Turn the VPN2S off and on. 4 If the problem continues, contact your ISP. I cannot access the VPN2S from a computer connected to the Internet.
