Adjusting temperature in upper body region Rear window defroster The rear window defroster switches off after a while. Convertible: the rear window defroster is only activated when the rear window is closed. Depending on the vehicle equipment, upper wires are used as an antenna and are not part of the rear window defroster. 1. Press the button to display the current setting on the Control Display. 2.
