Ventilated Seats On vehicles with heated and ventilated front seats, the buttons are located on the climate control panel. z (Heated Seat and Seatback): seat and seatback. Seatbacks The front seats have power reclining seatbacks. The shoulder belt cannot do its job because it will not be against your body. Instead, it will be in front of you. In a crash, you could go into it, receiving neck or in motion, have the seatback upright. Then sit well back in the seat and wear your safety belt properly. Head Restraints Pull the head restraint up to raise it. To lower the head restraint, press the button, located on the top of the seatback, and push the head restraint down. Safety Belts {CAUTION: Safety Belts: They Are for Everyone This part of the manual tells you how to use safety belts properly. It also tells you some things you you might not be, if you are buckled up. Why Safety Belts Work When you ride in or on anything, you go as fast as it goes. Put someone on it. Take the simplest vehicle. Pull the guide upward to expose its storage clip, and then slide the guide onto the clip. Safety Belt Use During Pregnancy Safety belts work for everyone, including pregnant women. Like all child seats. To wear it, attach it to the regular safety belt.
