Adjust the belt so that it fits snugly and as low as possible around the hips: u If you need to lengthen the belt, unfasten it and repeat the procedure above. loose end of the webbing. u If you need to shorten the belt, pull on the To unfasten the belt: 1. loose end of the webbing.
To unfasten the belt:
1.
Push the release button on the buckle. This
allows the tongue to unlatch from the
buckle.
Unfastening the front outboard lap/shoulder belts
Unfastening the rear outboard lap/shoulder belts
2.
While the belt retracts, guide the tongue to
its stowed position. If you do not guide the
tongue, it may strike you or part of the
vehicle.
