If the shoulder belts are pulled too tight, pull on the lap and shoulder belts cinch release strap to loosen the shoulder belts on the child's shoulders. Refer to Figure 4. Then retighten the lap and shoulder adjustment belt per Step 10 above. To remove the child from the built-in child seat: 1. Squeeze the tabs on the top and bottom of the chest clip and pull the halves apart to open the chest clip. Refer to Figure 8. Press the release button on the crotch safety belt buckle. Slide the shoulder belts off the child's shoulders and remove the child. Refer to Figure 6. 2. 3. 148

the child’s shoulders. Refer to Figure 4. Then
retighten the lap and shoulder adjustment
belt per Step 10 above.
To remove the child from the built-in child
seat:
1.
Squeeze the tabs on the top and bottom of
the chest clip and pull the halves apart to
open the chest clip. Refer to Figure 8.
2.
Press the release button on the crotch safety
belt buckle.
3.
Slide the shoulder belts off the child’s
shoulders and remove the child. Refer to
Figure 6.
