IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY In some cases, even if your subscription has expired, the green indicator light may come on. This is due to the time delay required to process the deactivation of your Lexus Link System. During this period, when you push the "SERVICES" button, your call will be forwarded to enrollment. Once the deactivation process has been completed, the indicator light will go off. NOTICE The green indicator light is the primary means to let you know the status of your subscription. It is important to be aware that an active subscription is required to receive safety and security services. If the green indicator light is disabled, you subscription has expired. If you would like to renew your subscription for Lexus Link services, please contact Lexus Link Call Center by pushing the "SERVICES" button twice, dial toll free 1-800-25 Lexus (Toll-Free) (1-800-255-3987) and select the option for Lexus Link, or contact your Lexus dealer. 588
